Products purchased via the Services may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original and perfect saleable condition and subject to this refund policy. Any refund will be issued to the same Payment Method used to make your apparel purchase following our receipt of the item being returned. We will not honor exchange or refund requests related to apparel products that are damaged, delayed, or incorrect. To receive an exchange or refund, you must email us at: info@pineparkhq.com and include the following information:
-Your full name and email (as contained in your Account)
-The date of delivery
-Name and quantity of the product for which a refund is requested
-Reason for requesting the exchange or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund request if you do not make it within 30 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request may be a violation of these Terms.
